The Coastline Studio was founded in 2024 with the mission to help personal brands and service providers succeed online, so they can focus on building their dreams and not their websites.
Hi, I’m Janine.
I’m a creative entrepreneur and multi-passionate biz owner from Germany, living part-time in the beautiful Caribbean. Armed with two graphic design degrees and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, I found myself stuck in the 9-5 grind at a big mail-order company. Deep inside I knew I wasn’t cut out for that. Day after day, I churned out work that didn’t spark my creativity, all while daydreaming about sunshine, adventure, and the life happening outside my office window. So, after 15+ years in the corporate world, I quit my job and set off to travel, searching for inspiration and a new direction.
I knew I was ready for a fresh chapter…
Fast forward a few years, and here I’m, soaking up the sun in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, celebrating Christmas under palm trees and swapping out bratwurst for tacos. Running my own business has always been a childhood dream, and it finally came true when I started connecting with like-minded people who loved my creative vibes and wanted to hire me to design things for ‘em. Bingo! After a few years of digging into AI and building project management systems, I launched TheCoastlineStudio, where I now solely focus on creating websites and digital products.

If my second home wasn’t in paradise, it’d probably be up in the Alps. You can always count me in for a good hike, climb, or trek.
